- Help with WooCommerce payments, shipping and integrations
What we take care of
Everything that keeps your site fast, secure and up to date.
Updates without surprises
We update WordPress, the theme and plugins on a staging copy first, then on the live site after checks.
Security
Firewall, login limits, malware scans and action when something goes wrong.
Backups
Regular backups stored off the server, with tested restores.
Monitoring
We check that the site is up, how fast it responds and whether there are errors.
Speed
We track Core Web Vitals and optimise when something gets worse.
Changes and new features
Small changes to content, design and functionality, without looking for a new contractor each time.
WooCommerce
Payments, shipping, invoices and integrations that need to work on every order.
Reports
A clear report of what was updated, what was checked and what we recommend.
How we start
Before we take over a site, we want to know what state it is in.
Site review
We check versions, plugins, security, speed and backups.
Plan
We tell you what needs fixing now and what can wait.
Maintenance
Updates, monitoring and changes within the agreed scope.
Reports
You regularly get a report of the work done and our recommendations.
When something breaks
If the site goes down, gets hacked or the store stops taking orders, we start with a diagnosis and tell you what happened and what we are doing about it.
- Restore from the last working backup
- Malware clean-up
- Fixing plugin conflicts
- Checking PHP and server errors
- Help with hosting problems
Questions about maintenance
Cannot find your answer? Write to us and we will reply personally.
Do you maintain sites you did not build?
Yes. We start with a review of the site to see versions, plugins and risks, and then propose a maintenance plan.
What happens if an update breaks the site?
We update a staging copy first. If a problem appears on the live site, we restore the last working backup and look for the cause.
Where are the backups stored?
Off the website server, so they can be restored even if there is a problem with the hosting.
Are design and content changes included?
Small changes are part of maintenance. Larger tasks, such as a new feature or a section redesign, are discussed separately.
Do you maintain WooCommerce stores?
Yes. We monitor payments, shipping, order emails and integrations, because that is where every error costs sales.
Do we need to change hosting?
Not necessarily. If the hosting limits speed or security, we will tell you and can help with the migration.
How do we start?
Send us the address of your site. We review it and propose a maintenance scope that fits your needs.
