AI-assisted development for WordPress and WooCommerce
We use AI throughout the development process, while architecture and the review of every line of code stay with an experienced developer. This lets us deliver complex customisations, integrations, plugins and dashboards in less time, without compromising on quality.

What we build
The work where an off-the-shelf plugin is not enough and the solution has to follow the way your business runs.
Complex customisations
We change how WordPress and WooCommerce behave where theme and plugin settings run out: specific logic, roles, pricing and user flows.
- Custom content types and fields
- Roles, permissions and protected areas
- Rules for prices, discounts and stock
- A tailored checkout process
Examples
B2B prices by customer group, products with a configurator, member areas with different access levels.
Forms and workflows
Multi-step forms with conditional logic, calculations and file uploads that send data to where your team works.
- Conditional logic and live calculations
- Multi-step requests and registrations
- Validation and spam protection
- Data sent to your CRM, email and internal systems
Examples
A quote calculator, a service request with attached documents, a paid event registration.
Integrations
We connect your site to ERP, CRM, accounting software, couriers, payment providers and external APIs, so data is never entered twice.
- REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks and XML feeds
- Product, stock and order synchronisation
- Queues and retries on failure
- A log of every sync
Examples
Stock from your ERP in WooCommerce, orders sent to a courier, invoices sent to your accounting system.
Custom plugins and extensions
We write custom plugins, WooCommerce extensions, Gutenberg blocks and Elementor widgets to WordPress standards.
- Code that follows the WordPress Coding Standards
- Compatibility with WordPress and WooCommerce updates
- Settings and documentation for your team
- Versions and change history in Git
Examples
A new shipping method, a custom payment flow, a booking module, an Elementor catalogue widget.
Advanced design
Interfaces with custom components, animation and interaction, built without sacrificing speed or accessibility.
- Design systems and reusable components
- Animation and micro-interactions
- Responsive down to the last pixel
- WCAG accessibility
Examples
Interactive configurators, comparison tables, carousels and mega menus built from a Figma design.
Website and systems audit
We review the code, plugins, security, speed and integrations and give you a plan of what to fix and in what order.
- Code and plugin review
- Security and access permissions
- Speed and Core Web Vitals
- Integrations, scheduled tasks and error logs
Examples
An audit before a redesign, after a breach, for a slow store or before we take over maintenance.
Dashboards and reports
We bring data from WooCommerce, forms, CRM and external systems into clear dashboards with filters and export.
- Sales, margins and stock
- Key metrics for your team
- Role-based access to reports
- Export to CSV and Excel
Examples
A dashboard for the store owner, a report of enquiries by channel, an order management panel.
Where AI fits into our work
AI speeds up the routine part of the work. Decisions and accountability stay with the developer.
Analysis
AI helps us quickly understand the existing code, plugins and documentation.
Architecture
The developer designs the solution, the data and the integrations.
Development
We write the code with AI tools, and every change is reviewed by hand.
Testing
Automated and manual tests of the key scenarios and edge cases.
Handover
Documentation, change history in Git and training for your team.
Quality, security and control
AI is a tool in the developer’s hands, not a replacement. That is why we follow clear rules for your code and your data.
- Every code change is reviewed by a developer
- We work on staging and release after checks
- Code is kept in Git with a full change history
- We use paid AI services where data is not used for training
- We never share passwords, keys or personal data with AI tools

Questions about AI-assisted development
Cannot find your answer? Write to us and we will reply personally.
What does AI-assisted development mean?
The developer uses AI tools for analysis, coding, testing and documentation. Architecture decisions, code review and accountability for the result stay with the developer.
Who is responsible for code quality?
The developer. Every change is reviewed and tested on staging before it reaches the live site.
Is our code or data used to train AI models?
No. We use the paid services of OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, where data is not used for training by default. We never share passwords, keys or personal data with AI tools.
Can you build on an existing site?
Yes. Most projects start as an extension of a working WordPress site or WooCommerce store. If we find technical problems that get in the way, we will tell you at the start.
What does the audit include?
A review of the code, plugins, security, speed, integrations and error logs. You get a report with recommendations ranked by priority.
Do you work beyond WordPress?
Yes. We build web applications and internal systems with Laravel, Vue.js and React. You can read more on our Custom software page.
Where do we start?
With a conversation about the task and access to your current site. If needed, we start with an audit or a small prototype, and then you decide how to continue.
